Title: Senior Application Developer

Description:

This position provides professional consulting services to our clients that focus on the technical implementation of IWMS/CAFM Tools. The Sr. Application Developer works closely with our clients, both business and technical, as well as Horizant’s Project Manager and Business Analyst in determining how best to configure software to meet clients’ needs and ensure the successful user adoption of the resulting solution. In addition to leading projects, Sr. Application Developers are asked to assist the management team in enhancing our standards development, best practices, and continuous improvement processes.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large scale enterprise level software implementations
  • Possess excellent technical, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring developers
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive project initiatives
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong understating of all phases of software development life cycle
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a professional services organization or an equivalent consultant role
  • 8 or more years experience in programming languages and concepts including; Java, C#, C++, VB, .NET, PHP, JSP, and/or SQL
  • Knowledge with SOAP, XML, and internet technologies
